<aside> 🧐 This is a sample of a strategic marketing plan I created in Notion. It includes 2 linked databases: one database focuses on team KPIs and the other is a content management system. We needed to show deliverables, real-time updates, and how marketing efforts tied into the overall company goals. The Playbook database lists the team’s KPIs and links to assets from the Strategic Marketing Planner database, and it listed the assets that supported the team KPIs.
